What was the highlight of Grand Central Premier
Very good value for money, decent location, will stay here again.
Location is a mere 5 mins walk from the airport train station. Walkable to the big malls, close to many tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet is pretty big. Smart TV is very functional and allows screen mirroring. Superb value for money, will definitely stay here again if there is a next Medan trip.
The nightclub bass rocks the whole building, can be a nuisance for people who aren't there for nightlife.

„Schlaflos Dank Nachtclub im Hotel
Dies ist wahrlich ein Luxushotel zum kleinen Preis. Zimmer groß, Personal freundlich, Frühstück üppig, Wlan schnell. Im Restaurant gab es viele Dinge aus der Karte nicht, das muss optimiert werden.
Warum ich jedoch nur 1 Stern vergeben kann, ist die Tatsache, dass sich in der 16. Etage dieses neu gebauten Hotels einfach ein Nachtclub befindet und wir das in der 7. Etage immernoch gehört haben. Meine Mutter konnte gar nicht schlafen. Wer kommt bitte auf die Idee, einen Nachtclub in einem Hotel unterzurbingen, wo Leute fürs Schlafen bezahlen, und dann die Schallisolierung nicht richtig hinbekommen. Einfach furchtbar.

What was the highlight of Grand Central Premier
Pleasant stay, a few rooms for improvements
This hotel located in a really good location, close to a few major shopping centres and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. All rooms are nicely decorated. Air-conditioning is working well during our stay.
You can hear the train passing a few times a night and if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Big selections of buffet breakfast. Would prefer less selection with better flavours. Toilet cleaned to a local standard, operation manager should consider training cleaning staff to an international standard. Toilet looks clean but do not smell clean. There is only one double hook in the toilet, this is definitely not sufficient and there is no place to hang the hand towel.
